We are facing a most obvious adversary of death in our country and it could all be ushered in by our current government if we do not pray and take action by contact our local representatives and senators and make our voice heard.  Whether you are a democrat or a republican, it doesn’t matter.  This is not a call for silly extremist.  This is a simple call for the preservation of our freedom in America.

I have a brother who has special needs, therefore this proposed bill hits home for me when in Pg. 354 Sec. 1177 – Government will RESTRICT the enrollment of special needs people!  Or the fact that I have grandparents, like all of us, just like you, that are in danger of what it reads on many pages like Pg 425 Lines 4-12 Government mandates Advance [Death] Care Planning Consult. Think Senior Citizens end of life.

Taxpayer Financed Abortions

If you haven’t been paying attention to this new “Health Care Reform” that is trying to be pushed through in our capitol right now, you should really let your ears perk up and pay attention. Your federal tax dollars could pretty soon be going straight into the hands of men and women who murder baby after baby. We must pray and take action so that it does not go through. Adoption is the answer to unplanned pregnancies and for parents who can’t care for a child, not bloodshed.

Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Michigan, warned that any comprehensive federal health care law would pre-empt individual state decisions regarding abortion services

“By making abortion an essential benefit and requiring that provider networks’ enrollees have access to the items and services covered, this legislation would negate more than 200 individual laws in nearly every state that have stood the test of time and the scrutiny of the courts,” he claimed.

National Morality

I have to give credit to my friend Jake for posting something on this first. The news is that Ukraine has banned the movie Bruno because it could “damage the morality” of its’ citizens. What a noble concept…..a governing force that actually protects it’s citizens from moral decay and lifestyles of anarchy. A free society is a society that functions under the constructs of governing laws that allow them to have the best life they can through free enterprise and choice of direction through moral absolute truths and just precepts that serve as guidelines for life.

A society of anarchy is a society that does not believe that there is such a thing as absolute truth. That believes everything in life is relative and problems can always be fixed through a compromise. Laws are made in a so called “progressive” way, because apparently we are getting more logical and wise and generations pass and new ones come up. I simply call it a moving away from the word of God and His absolutes.

Stepping up the watch

I just wanted to take a quick moment and encourage everyone to step up their prayer right now for the Pro-Life movement. This is the first time in years that our nation has been, as a majority, Pro-Life. In the momentum and greatness of that, there is a quick stirring of warfare arising to smash the momentum we are gaining.

With the possible election of Sotomayor and the new Health Care Plan that is being debated and talked about right now, there is a mighty war raging over the issue of LIFE. Part of taxpayers money under this new proposed bill will go to directly to places like Planned Parenthood, for their agenda and funding. Not only will that money go to help them lobby and push their ideals on the country but will in turn fund the deaths of more innocent babies.

We must rejoice in the obvious turning of our nation’s heart from being Pro-Choice to Pro-Life, but we must not let up in our fervent prayers. For small blows to a giant just make him more mad, and it doesn’t always put him down for good. There are many tiny blows being laid to this giant but we must finish him off strongly. We can’t let things like the economy over shadow the sanctity of life, that only we who are still living can change.

Father I plead Your blood over my sins and the sins of our nation, God end abortion and bring revival to America.

Revelation is meant for Generations not just an Individual

I am brand new to this parenting thing, but I am spending all of energy learning how to do it right through studying the word. It all started when I was directed to Proverbs 25:2 that says, “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings to search out a matter.” This is speaking of the duty that we have to search out the things revealed to us in the Word of God through study, application, prayer, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. It is a glorious thing to dedicate our lives to searching out the depths of the Father’s heart.

Then I was led to Deut. 29:29 where it says, “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and our children forever that we may do all the words of the law.” This is speaking directly to us that the revelation that we receive is not meant for us alone. Yes, it will help us, strengthen us, and equip us, but God means for it to do the same for the generations behind us. Think about this: What if a parent takes their lifetime searching out the heart of God and is full of revelation and full of knowledge but trains their kids simply by rules, giving them chores and teaching them how to play sports, etc., if that kid wants to know God for themselves they will have to take their entire lifetime to learn the same things and maybe not even go as far as their father or mother did.
